It does not mean you lack roots or cannot create a home. Explore the cusp sign, its ruler and the conditions that help you feel settled. A house remains relevant even when no planet occupies it.
How can I read the Fourth House if I do not relate to my family of origin?+

Why does my IC fall outside the Fourth House in a whole-sign chart?+
